Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting a request through the form on aristocratpro.ru and ticking the consent box, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Operator

[full legal name], INN [INN (taxpayer ID)], OGRN [OGRN (registration number)], address: [registered address].

2. Personal data

Name, phone number, e-mail address and any information I provide in the message, as well as the IP address, browser details and the address of the page from which the request was sent.

3. Purposes of processing

Reviewing my request and contacting me; consulting, estimating costs and preparing a commercial proposal; concluding and performing a contract, should I decide to conclude one; protecting the website from spam and abuse.

4. Actions with the data and methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — using automated means.

5. Cross-border transfer

I agree that a notification of my request, containing the data provided in it, is sent to the Operator in the Telegram messenger and to its Gmail e-mail address. The servers of these services are located outside the Russian Federation (United Arab Emirates, USA).

6. Validity and withdrawal

The consent is valid for 3 (three) years from the moment the request is submitted or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent by writing to studio@aristocrat.com or to the Operator’s address. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has other legal grounds for processing.
